this day feels like a lifetime ago, but it has only been a couple weeks. It was a surprisingly warm, 75 degree Thursday and it was perfect. We spent the afternoon at a favorite local farm, the one Ruby and I have been visiting often this fall. They are always so kind and let Ruby feed the animals and Snowball, the sweetest cat follows Ruby everywhere she goes.
We always grab apple cider slushies and apple cider donuts to snack on. I also love that I can grab some eggs and produce while I’m there as well.
Seriously, so good.
Ruby taking charge of the camera remote, look at that stance! haha she’s definitely the daughter of a blogger 😉
She’s showing us where baby sister is, apparently in her tummy.
Snowball, this patient and sweet cat followed us to this shady spot in the orchard. It was a dream come true for this little girl. While she herself is sweet and gentle, she’s still a toddler, but this cat loved all the attention. I took a million and one photos because it was so adorable my heart was about to explode with all the cuteness.
And then this happened and my heart completely exploded. While Ruby and I were playing with the cat Jordan laid down in a sunny patch. Ruby came right up next to him, grabbed his hat, and covered her face from the sun.
Farmer Dan treated us to this little scene, Snowball’s kittens!
feeding the pigs! Ruby was not about to touch that tomato. ha!
She was also afraid of this cow.
It was a very good day.
