Most days after leaving our Paris flat we would not return until late that evening but on our fifth day we were close by after visiting the Eiffel Tower, so we stopped in so that Ruby could nap. Jordan grabbed a pizza from the place at the end of our street and we enjoyed a nice lunch together.
It was just what we needed, to slow down a little, to recoup and plan the rest of the day’s adventure. It turned out to be one of the favorite meals we shared together.
We loved our Airbnb and chose it because we thought we’d be stopping in more often. Thankfully Ruby napped so well on the go we didn’t need to stop as we thought we would.
It wasn’t the most spectacular view, but we did get a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower from our windows, which is enough to remind you that you’re in Paris. We didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything at all for those two prime exploring hours.
Finishing up the Rose from our picnic on our first evening at the Eiffel Tower.
I miss this view
