Here’s the recipe for this meal, I’d definitely recommend trying it out, or at least some version of it. It would be really easy to swap out the veggies. This recipe is really simple and easy to follow along.
We’re picking up new things each meal. We would never have thought to make little onion rings, but they added a wonderful crunch, and were a nice snack as well as we finished up the pasta. 🙂 not too difficult at all, either.
